The WORST pick in the first 6 rounds of 2026 Fantasy Football Drafts
Round 1: James Cook 🦬
- James Cook had a career year in 2025 (1,600+ rush yards, 5.0+ YPC, 14 TDs) and still averaged just 17.5 PPG.
- Now he's a late 1st-round pick despite playing only 58% of snaps, plus Josh Allen will always steal goal-line TDs. 📉
- You're drafting Cook at his ceiling. We’d much rather take CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, or Ashton Jeanty, who all have realistic 20+ PPG upside.
@dumb__tedd@TripCovFantasy If he was such an explosive and good player he wouldn’t be running only 15 routes per game and competing with a guy like Zaccheaus. He can def be a great player but the price tag is way too high.
DO NOT DRAFT These 6 WRs In Fantasy Football
1. Tetairoa McMillan
At the end of last season from weeks 15 - WC Jalen Coker was actually playing better then Tet was.
I’m not saying Coker is gonna be the number 1 option for this team, but with Bryce Young only having 4 games last season over 200 passing yards, Tet needs a lot of volume which now with a real number 2 receiving option, he might not get the volume needed to be a top 12 option
And it’s not like he was great last year, he only averaged 12.4 ppg, so there are many better options we prefer in the third round over him
Ashton Jeanty Fanstasy Football Outlook for 2026
Key Raiders offseason additions:
~ New HC - Klint Kubiak
~ Fernando Mendoza / Kirk Cousins
~ Tyler Linderbaum
Ashton Jeanty 2024 college stats:
~397 touches
~2739 total yards
~30 TDs
Jeanty finished as a top 12 RB in 2025 in an up and down season, and has the upside to finish as the overall RB1 in 2026. To be able to draft him in the early second is VALUE 🚨
Freshman year stats. Due to circumstances I won’t be returning to Division 2 College of Staten Island and will be entering the transfer portal.
