After 5+ follow ups yet your team is not giving me proper answer. Is this the way to treat your customer? Is this how you serve your customer? I need a bloody explanation from @MAS why it is been delaying for refund?

@MAS @MalaysiaAirways I booked a flight with booking reference 5KJBED. I cancelled the booking the same day I booked 02/04/2024. As per the rules the refund should be done to me by 14 working days. And Here I am standing at 24+ working days and there is no refund is been initiate

Since the 14 working day refund policy, I have been following up with @MAS customer care but they are not providing me true and correct information. They are just sharing me false and misleading information regarding my refund. @MAS can you please tell me when will i get refund?
