.@urbancompany_UC I booked your move-in home cleaning service with chimney deep cleaning for 15sept. Team did a good job w the house but the chimney stopped functioning. On opening it today after people moved in, we found grease & grime left by previous occupants , not cleaned +

Such situations are revealed only when the next occupant moves in and it is now out of your warranty. As a client, it leaves a bad experience as I had to additionally call for a chimney service and repair. Not expected of @urbancompany_UC . Plz stop being complacent
