If ya’ll want the originals of my @HackingDave artwork from my SmileyCon presentation, here you go! Have fun! Both of these were one-shot prompts, btw.
Just admit you’re refusing to sign a deal because you want more people to sign up for your stupid little $30 a month package before jacking the price to $60 a month next year
Definitely one of the best decisions of my life. If you’re struggling through life with any aspect of health, fitness, food, or mentality, highly recommend reaching out to @benhackshealth. I’m stronger in so many ways than I was before I joined hands-down. #wehackhealth. #5More

A little bit of a life update. I don't broadcast on the Internet that I work in the .gov sector, but the past few weeks have been crazy. I decided not to take the "buyout" but I'm also actively sending out my resume.
If y'all know of anyone hiring for senior level roles (preferably remote or Nashville based) that work in VMDR, Cloud Security, perhaps focused on zero trust architecture and IAM, please let me know. I've been managing teams in these domains for years now and am interested in making the leap to the private sector.
The treat to the cyber security industry that noone is talking about.
It’s not ransomware or phishing—it’s the lifestyle crisis that’s crushing so many in the field.
Over the past 4 years I have worked with 100s of people in the industry, let me break it down: 👇
Did you get your me time in today? Even if you don't finish the same day get your work out done. It's a mental game of completion. You will feel accomplished!!

Just because it's always been that way, doesn't mean it always has to be that way.
Change is hard, and often the perceived pain of change outweighs the pain of the current existence.
Before I started training, I was 156 lbs, skinny fat, and underconfident. I was 26, lived in my grandparents' spare room, worked a job I hated for minimum wage, and made just enough to ensure I could drink myself into oblivion on the weekends to escape the reality that was my life.
I hated how I looked, had no energy, and wasn't excited about my job or my future.
At the beginning of 2014, I decided I had had enough of my own bullshit. The pain of staying the same now outweighed the pain of making the change.
I joined a gym, stopped being such a pisshead, bought my first tub of protein, and figured it out along the way.
Change was hard.
The first day in the gym was hard.
The change in attitude from my friends was hard.
Saying no to going out on the weekend was hard.
Making the decision to leave my job with no real plan was hard.
Going back to formal education as an adult was hard.
Getting my first client on the gym floor was hard.
Waking up at 3:20 a.m. every morning to walk to work, the first time a client left, moving fully online, planning my first client event, writing the first social media posts, recording the first podcast, the first time public speaking—all hard things.
But you know what? I now know, for a fact, that I have the ability to do hard things.
I back myself.
Why?
Because I did that one first hard thing—I made the change.
I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people take control of their lives, their health, and their bodies.
I get to coach clients all over the world.
I have been able to build a career and a business from helping people better themselves.
Which makes me laugh, because 10 or 11 years ago, I didn't even know how to help myself.
So, my message to you is:
Don't settle.
Don't accept things for how they are just because that's how they have always been.
Do the thing, leave the job, start the business, join the gym...
The moment you realize that you are in control is the moment your life will change, forever.
