We Hack Health, to me, is beyond just ‘community’.
It's a movement that is built from within the cybersecurity and tech world for those specific industries with the goal to improve the quality and the standard of health across the board.
It's a shared mission with people who are living and breathing examples of what can be done when you start to prioritise your own health, not necessarily just about that individual, but their contribution to the entire movement across the board.
Understanding that the impact that we have of doing it for ourselves has on the people around us to ensure that they have every opportunity to improve the quality of their life.

One thing I’ve realised starting the @wehackhealth process with @benhackshealth is that I delude myself a lot. Just being accountable to someone on what I eat and the amount of water has made me realised I’m not killing this like I think.
