😭 I am seriously going to start crying

💥✈️@united mysteriously cancelled my flight back.

😱 My minor child is still on the flight

They want me to pay a $600 change fee for a flight I did not cancel... and the ticket on United right now is only $483 so.... they want to charge me MORE than it actually costs.

✈️ I DID NOT CANCEL THE FLIGHT.

💸 2 days ago the flight was in my united app with no issue. yesterday they send a notice flight is cancelled.

💥 Person on the help chat is telling me there is nothing that can be done. The computer system just won't let him fix it.

🤦‍♀️ So my minor son is booked on a flight without me and I am stranded.

C’est avec le cœur très lourd que notre communauté a appris hier la perte de M. Alain Dion (Directeur de l'É.C.St-Gérard) et son fils Ryder (élève de l'É.C. Sacré-Coeur) qui nous ont quittés pour aller rejoindre le ciel. Nous prions pour la famille et leurs proches.
