@AmazonHelp As mentioned earlier, your team refused that Amazon took 5 rupees, which is very cheap for Amazon. Further, the team did not reply back to my concern. I have made a note of that too. You are trying to be helpful, I understand.
Case Study: @rblbank charging 574 at over a 1900% interest rate per month for 5 rupees. @amazonIN denying they kept marketplace fee and refusing to reply. These are worse big companies showcasing that modern consumer is useless, and they don't give an eff.
@AmazonHelp The world deserves to know. This is a case study where Amazon is equally responsible. It will come. I know amazon doesn't care, despite orders worth lakhs every year. So now I don't care about Amazon.
@amazonIN I had ordered an exerise bike that was faulty. The replacement never came. The transaction was reversed, however an amount of 4-5 rupees was left. @rblbank is charging 574 for it as it was converted to EMI by them. I don't know whose fault it is, but it is fraud.

This is how @firangibake sent their order, it was all sauce with a couple of pieces of paneer, half was just a layer of cheese with nothing below. @Swiggy said restaurant has fixed portions. Can't help. You mean no portions? No company cares for their customers anymore.
@SwiggyCares I still use @Swiggy because @zomato never solved a query, but you can't be trusted either. You have details, still doing facade of showing customer care.
I didn't think I'll have to file a chargeback on card for an @Amazo purchase, and also file a consumer complaint.The delivery executives keep marking package not ready without calling, making my heavy purchase useless. Hoping @rblbank and NCHI help.
At least 20 rides a month, and when there's a genuine issue of rude driver changing route which increases the fare, automated message keeps telling me that they can't do anything. So @Uber_India drivers, change routes and earn more. Uber will protect you.
