@ArgosHelpers went to use the 3rd hdmi port on a hitachi tv I brought from you on the 8/09/22 after plugging in my ps5 for the 1st time in that port as we have not needed to use all 3 ports, the screen displayed no service, after taking out the hdmi cable I noticed that the port

was damaged, phoned technical support and after sending photos of the damaged port deemed it was my fault and not that the product was faulty. We also took the tv back to a store as advised by customer service and they told us that it wasn’t a manufacturer fault.

The fact is that it has been like that since new but because we didn’t have the need for a 3rd port until now we didn’t know there was a fault. I feel like I am being called a liar. I would seriously advise anyone buying anything electrical from Argos to inspect EVERYTHING
