@Phil_Baty@PaulWilliams207 Imagine how studying a subject you want to study rather than having to take four from a limited selection may make you work harder, & let’s not forget the degrees where placement grades give a % of the grade giving those less academic students chance to shine!
@jk_rowling Harry’s story was a fundamental part of my son’s childhood (and my adulthood). Still is tbh and he’s nearly 20. It’s almost like a secret language between us at times - it added so much to his formative years. Magic.
@Kathie_McInnes I live in Stoke and I don’t differentiate tbh. I use Stoke if I’m speaking verbally and Stoke-on-Trent if I’m writing my place of birth/where I live on a form. Maybe those who actually use the “town” differentiate but as there’s bugger all there I don’t!

@JarvoLJarvis @KateBurkeNHS Weirdly mine is behind my right ear too…I was reading about the “no poo” method but the thought of not using shampoo didn’t appeal. It has been slightly better with washing thoroughly twice unless that’s coincidence - time will tell!
