Context of a recent sexual assault on campus (before classes even started) made show worse. TL’s and supers are handling situation well. Students supporting each other. Back to laughter. Free pancakes being offered by Wesley Foundation is lightening mood, at least for my group.

Huge discomfort at Andy Gross’s performance at BGR. Very uncomfortable sexual jokes, participants crying afterwards... Tears in audience as well. Many started walking out, eventually all did. TL’s/supers are apologizing. “This isn’t BGR, this isn’t us.”

The unease in the audience grew gradually after a participant was made to touch Gross’s thigh. Further after one student refused to participate. Possible self harm joke and more sex jokes worsened situation. “Dumbass” shouted from audience.
