As a nurse working on the floor, I've been told I'm absolutely bonkers because this is the stance I've had on shots for a very long time. I had only advocated for the tetanus one, and I've looked at the instances of how many people actually got it from rust, and I can't justify it anymore either.

It's scary how many health professionals just blindly follow without actually doing any of their own research.

@ohnick2004 @CourtTV It only takes seconds to form intent. I think he formed that intent as soon as he decided to pull the gun from the car or even sooner. He was kicked off the police force for a reason.

You can’t bring a gun to a fist fight and cry self defense.

@MarciaSchafer3 @CourtTV Many agree with you. I think the prosecutor did a good job. I don’t believe for a second he is innocent. I don’t think he withheld the “accident” explanation because of his 5th amendment right.
