Last weeks workshop in which we recreated contrasts in architecture similar to those of the Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto. We built onto plain boxes with angular shapes in order to recreate the prismatic structures, therefore increasing the architectural interest of the building.
Stunning architecture in Bruges, characterised by step-gabled buildings and brick facades with filigree arches. This architecture dates from the post-medieval period from the 16th and 17th centuries.
Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘Fallingwater’ which integrates architecture into nature, we made geometric shapes to create this intricate interlocking structure imbedded into nature 🌿🏠
