Hello I am living in 5G city but my phone does not connect to the 5G network while I have talked to Jio customer care they said your phone is not compatible 5G and on my jio app 5G compatible brand of mobile "Nothing" not shows then how we connect 5G network?

Jio 5G is not supported and the phone does not exist on My jio app 5G compatibility device even phone company "Nothing" does not exist
May kindly look into paying high value and not enjoying 5G speed
