@prisonrodeo@ylelkes Also, I found bing api more precise, for example, than the Census API. Census api provides the location of the street while bing provides the building location.
@prisonrodeo@ylelkes I used tidygecoder for a similar number of addresses. Bing allows for 100k API calls/year for free. The package would hit the rate limit occasionally and the trick was to cache the existing process and continue with the remaining when it happens. Happy to share my code if needed.
1/A very late shameless self-promotion:
I am delighted to be a part of
@FBAFolke-led initiative that helped us to present our research in NYC. We exchanged ideas with @PAWscholars and @UNPeacekeeping DDR chiefs - and learned a lot!

See our latest work on polarization around the world. We have both good and bad news. It is possible for countries to depolarize, but it is often challenging to sustained it and it is possible to return back to severe polarization.
@British_Airways BA agent say I gotta use my COVID voucher within 1 year of outbound flight. This info isn't presented on your COVID page. They use "system inflexibility" as an excuse. Really? Why not issue a new voucher with extended deadline?
@British_Airways This wasn't the question. My outbound flight was on August 4, 2019. Inbound, canceled, was on May 19, 2020. Now BA tells me I have to use my return ticket before August 4, 2020. Why don't use extend its validity? This also contradicts the new regulation of @SHGM.
