@DanConn29519723 @TheBeakBrewery As this was a one off, we re primed with sugar as it’s a bit more reliable when you don’t know exactly where the beer will finish. If we ever did cask regularly I’d halt fermentation a couple points above FG and pack.

Difficult to believe; @GardenersLewes , a tiny pub that, with s. distancing has v. few tables inside has been forced by @LewesDC to remove ALL outside seating due to a complaint by a "resident" - so we're all crammed inside - well done @RogerProtzBeer
