@TeamYouTube im the complainant.....someone else who i struck for copyright, filed a fake counter claim using fake address and name and in their email they admit they are circumventing having their channel taken down by uploading on another channel.

@TeamYouTube yes in that vid he shows all my yt livestreams/videos he then shows them uploaded n monetized to rumble in the title he says he has all our uploads and has uploaded them to rumble.also ban evading having lost his channel and in his false copyright claims he says this

This person is filing false counter copyrught claims,admits in the false claim he is circumventing TOS after losing a channel to then load videos on another channel....downloading youtube videos, reuploading to rumble,monetizing them then advertising the rumble account on youtube

surely it is against TOS to use Youtube to drive viewers to a competitors website to view YOUTUBE videos? and to monetize said videos and then post and laugh about it on your platform?

@TeamYouTube a user is ban evading and admits it in his copyright counter, he is uploading after channel was removed, he is also using fake address and phone number, they are to a store and they dont know him.
