Hello @wendys_india, didn’t realise local restaurants in Bangalore are allowed to use your branding and packaging to defraud customers on delivery platforms. Even more surprising to see @Swiggy openly supporting and defending this when you raise the issue. Is this authorised?

Received a traffic violation notice (No. 68498678 dated 03 Sept 2024) on 10th Oct for pillion rider not wearing helmet. The vehicle shown in the image attached to the violation details is not mine. Please advise on disputing this error @blrcitytraffic

The image in the violation details shows a silver Royal Enfield, but my registered vehicle is a chestnut Royal Enfield (original colour as per RC). The number plate in the image is distorted, making it unclear. This clearly isn't my vehicle!

Purchased a Haier AC from @cromaretail Koramangala, Bangalore on 28th April. After delays, it arrived on 2nd May. This is the third day since delivery, and @IndiaHaier's promised 24 to 48-hour installation is nowhere in sight. Totally disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

@IndiaHaier @cromaretail I've suffered partial damages to my washing machine (as they were standing on top of it for outer unit installation), duct tape mark all over the wall, an outdoor unit that is still not fixed to the clamp, and above all a leaking indoor AC unit! Does any of this sound normal?

Do I need to provide more proof for the 'exceptional' service your installation team has delivered for an AC that was bought on April 28 2024? @IndiaHaier @HaierAppliances @cromaretail. Thisnis beyond pathetic! Get ready to face this issue legally. @jagograhakjago @satishns123

#Bangalore folks, please don't get fooled by purchasing @IndiaHaier AC from any retail stores, especially @cromaretail . I've never encountered such a clusterf*** of incompetence in my life. The service was a total disgrace.

@CromaSupport No Mr. Manish, I don't want to see your scripted responses anymore. I purchased the AC on 28th April and today is 11th May, and I still can't use the AC due to installation failures. My rented house has physical damages. Does any of this sound normal to you? @cromaretail

@NammaBESCOM Power is back with low voltage and no change for the last 45 mins. I don't see any action being taken on this. Please investigate this issue. It is totally unfair that we have to go through this on an everyday basis.

Continuous power disruption at #WilsonGarden area #Bangalore, that too outages lasting for 3-4 hours. Transformer burst is becoming a common occurrence these days due to overloading from illegal connections. @NammaBESCOM @BescomHelpline this is pathetic!
