I don't believe that Kevin McCarthy and House Republicans would ever go the route of impeachment.

Reason being is that this would require House Republicans to allow Democrats to call witnesses. This means that Lev Parnas would testify under oath, debunking all of the Ukrainian allegations.

This means that William Barr would testify under oath explaining exactly why he never charged the Bidens with any crimes.

This means that Rudy Giuliani and the repair shop owner would have to testify under oath and explain how Rudy Giuliani was attempting to get Hunter Biden's laptop from the Russians years prior to it turning up in the repair shop.

It would require forensic experts to say that additional folders were created on Hunter Biden's laptop after Giuliani obtained it, and months after the FBI got a copy.

It would require many more witnesses to testify and those witnesses could incriminate themselves and also make Republicans look foolish.

I say, go for it. Impeach Biden. Let the world see the truth through a non-partisan investigation.
