@RoyalMailHelp What happens if you ever received the little card with the reference number? I’m waiting on a package from the uk and it says attempted delivery but unfortunately I never got a card. I think it may have gotten lost.
@jk_rowling can you end an argument please? Do both parents have to be muggle to be a mudblood. Or can you be half blood and mudblood? #AskingForAFriend
@Qantas@Qantas it seems very unfair that you can erase customers status credits when flights are restricted and it’s illiegal to travel. Don’t you think they should’ve been paused for the current pandemic?
@ScottMorrisonMP Time 2 cop on. You’re lucky 2b weeks behind the worst hit countries. Don’t just close borders, close everything. Your healthcare system has a level of dependence on IMG’s, you’re risking the lives of my colleagues & all Australians #takesocialdistancingseriously
@DeannaMarie208 And I’ve seen videos online of plastic being used. They added flurescence to the fake secretions and when plastic was lifted the particles would shower everything. Keep it simple!
@DeannaMarie208 And turn off the high flow before removing it from the face for what ever reason.
Bubble CPAP if NIV is necessary but they recommend avoiding it.
Spacers for inhalers and avoid Nebs.
@DeannaMarie208 It’s incredibley hard to justify early intubation in patients that might just need HFNC, intensive care beds will become an issue fast. ANZIC’s are saying the newer system that’s are adequately sized and fitted are useable. Preferentially in a negative pressure room.
1. Intubate a sick patient. Check.
2. Put them on organ support machines. Check.
3. Complex procedure. Check.
4. Not touch your face. Eh....
Why is it so hard to not touch your face? #covid19

@itsthatgirlsuzi @AAGBI@RCoANews @COAIrl Wow. In my first few years of anaesthesia I worked with a senior who turned all the alarms off. It made me so uncomfortable. I agree alarm fatigue is a real issue, but you only really learn to adjust your alarm limits as you get more senior.
I have 2 CAT C paper tickets for QF4 (SA/JAPAN) looking to swap for 2 QF2 (IRE/NZ). Happy to pay the difference if they’re a better category. I’ll be in Tokyo Thursday evening can meet in person and exchange.
