@c2c_Rail Are you sure? The staff at platform 8 have told us that no C2c is coming in from Liverpool Street because of a fire near Paddington. I also can’t see a C2c train on the board

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail are the C2C trains running from Stratford? Just been told to head to West Ham

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail great customer service

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail I’m at Stratford aiming to get to Basildon, what time is the next train? The board is showing over an hour away but I’m sure that’s not correct since the last train from West Ham would have been around 8:40

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

Any chance of an update? It’s saying that the next C2C train is at 21:38 but that’s via the loop, so not stopping at Basildon

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail has the 8.03 from Laindon to fenchurch street been cancelled?

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@IGNUKDeals Managed to get mine yesterday thanks to you, thanks for your help!

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail Hi, are the trains running this evening from Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street?

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail That’s perfect, thanks for confirming

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail are the trains running from fenchurch street or Liverpool Street this evening?

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail Thank you, could you let me know if the district line is running to Upminster after the 22:45 cut off for the engineering works please?

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@FootballStock 10tm, SF start 8, no PPR & no TE premium, I’m a contender and I traded away these players to get the 1.01 to go with the 1.03, 1.06 and 1.07

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@jackalanwells @c2c_Rail I’m on it now from West Ham to Canary Wharf and it’s quieter than normal

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail morning, is the 7.47 from Laindon going to stop at Limehouse? The screens at the station show that it isn’t but the train shows that it is.

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail That’s great, thanks

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail Also, you might want to contact the driver because he just said that it will be stopping at Limehouse

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail Thank you

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail what time is the last train from London to Laindon tonight?

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail Thanks c2c, very helpful. I would suggest some additional training for the individual that was working between platforms 7/8 on ways to deal with the public instead simply walking away to avoid answering questions

[Ross Hayden @rhayden1987]

@c2c_Rail what’s the best way to get to Laindon from West Ham?
