@physiotalk There is some evidence continuing to run with OA doesn’t lead to worse symptoms or joint changes but there is usually an upper limit for training for each person in terms of their symptoms. Best to stay below this and gradually progress towards goals. #physiotalk

Reflecting on the #AHPsActive month and my resolution not to use the car within 2 miles of home...managed it without any difficulty apart from the big weekly shop and a late night drop off with child...my kids used their bikes and legs more too!
