I don't know who needs to hear this but someone recently told me "no amount of waiting will make you more brave, and no amount of worrying will make it more safe." And honestly I think about this everyday.
i think ilya speaks to anya like she’s a precious princess toddler and his first born child and shane speaks to her like she’s a fellow 30 year old adult who lives with them and is an equally contributing member of their household

Who else does that neurodivergent plan of “I’m gonna catch up on and fix my whole life this weekend,” but then the weekend comes and you’re like, “I deserve a break from being in work mode Monday to Friday,” and you keep repeating the same thing every damn week.

Shane catches on to the tell Ilya does with his nose any time his feelings are hurt or he’s feeling particularly vulnerable
One time, Ilya gets a cold and has residual sniffles for a week, and Shane is losing his mind trying to determine if they’re false alarms or not 🤧
@uhbucky I’m envisioning Hollanov doing the bit that’s like “putting on sunglasses so nobody can tell where im looking” and it’s just Shane eye level with Ilya’s bubble butt 😎

as someone who loves cats and dogs equally I love that you can train a dog to do stuff but cats will find their own skills by themselves and often the skills in question are evil
