@AmazonHelp The only "help" I've been offered is to refer my issue to the "fraud dept", to lock my account, wait for them to contact me. I still have not been contacted by them & still receiving products I have not ordered. 8/31 is now my 4th call to be referred to fraud. #amazonprime #fraud
