Open a business account with @NatWestBusiness ? Forget it. Despite being customer for 47 yrs with many business accounts (+ Black account) tried opening another account for new business - told will take 5 weeks! Meanwhile have customers waiting to give me business #shambles

After a total of 9 hours on hold over 2 days, finally get through to @VirginAtlantic with their new dynamic pricing to upgrade ONE WAY from Premium to Upper would cost 327,500 points plus taxes per person! It was only 57,500 points for a new ticket in Upper earlier this year
