@NationCymru In 2018 Welsh Labour MP's voted or abstained for it to be an Englandandwales project and against devolving rail fully to Senedd. Labour Assembly Govt in 2004 turned down offer from Blair to have full control of rail.

Welsh Labour literally kept Wales poor and refused investnent.
