The communist doesn’t think to increase the quality of the grid. The communist demands that you decrease the quality of your life.
They make you ration the things that every other American gets to enjoy. Every single time.
The national income tax started as a 1% tax affecting less than 1% of all Americans.
That was in 1913.
Just over 100 years later, about 70% of Americans pay national income tax and many people pay 37% tax rate.
Important to remember as politicians talk about a new wealth tax.
Today marks an important milestone for Rhode Island's future. The URI Board of Trustees authorized the next phase of developing a public medical school following the state's historic $5M startup investment. #GoRhody#healthcare

Rhode Island is the smallest state in New England, yet it spends about $15.2 billion a year…roughly $13,800 per resident. Compare that to New Hampshire (~$5,500 per resident) and Maine (~$8,200 per resident on a general fund basis), both of which manage far larger road networks, more public lands, and larger geographic areas. RI also employs nearly as many state workers as New Hampshire despite serving fewer residents and maintaining a fraction of the territory. These numbers raise serious questions about waste, inefficiency, and duplication, as well as whether taxpayers are getting value for their money. #RIPolitics #RIBudget #InspectorGeneral @Republicans@RIHouseofReps

ESPN sources: The Eagles are trading Pro-Bowl WR A.J. Brown to the Patriots for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick that is the better of New England’s two fifths. The deal that has been speculated on for weeks now finally is happening. Brown and Patriots HC Mike Vrabel are reuniting.

We have 9 Homo sapiens sites older than 100,000 years. Our species has been around for at least 300,000 years.
That means 9 data points cover 200,000 years of human history.
In any other field of science that sample size would be laughed out of the room. In history it is presented as established fact.
The reason we have so little is not because nothing was happening. It is because the further back you go the less survives.
Erosion. Decay. Rising sea levels. Plate tectonics. The odds of any organic material surviving 100,000 years intact are vanishingly small. The odds of us then finding it are smaller still.
What we have is not a representative sample. It is the tiny fraction of a fraction that happened to survive and happened to be found.
🔹The further back we go the less survives
🔹9 data points cover 200,000 years of history
🔹Only 9 Homo sapiens sites pre 100,000 years
🔹Our species existed for at least 300,000 years
🔹Inadequate sample size in any other science field
🔹Presented as established fact not as extrapolation
The 476,000 year old wooden structure found at Kalambo Falls in Zambia survived only because it sank into a bog that solidified over it.
The researcher who found human presence in the Americas 20,000 years ago had his career destroyed for a decade before being vindicated. Institutional resistance to evidence that contradicts existing models is documented not theoretical.
The evidence that does survive gets attacked. The evidence that does not survive gets used to prove nothing was happening.
We are not looking at the full picture of human prehistory. We are looking at 9 glimpses of it and calling it history.
What do you think was happening in the 200,000 years we have almost no record of?

@BradSchoenfeld General warm up like jumping jacks or light jog, then 2-3 exercise specific sets. Maybe start with just bar then roughly 50% of working set weight, then 75%, then working set
