@Citibank is still not releasing funds from deposited and cleared paychecks to my son. I got a quick response with last tweet but no action. He filed
complaints with OCC, CFPB and BBB. Derisking algorithm fraudulently withholds funds from depositors. See NYT articles, Reddit.

@Citibank How canCitibank lock up and close accounts and tell depositors that they can wait 30-60 days for a cashier’s check of their funds based on their derisking algorithm? Must be a nice way to lock up funds, make money on the spread. Screw depositors! Credit union anyone?

@USOPM I hope you can make change that will improve OPM's customer service. I retired more than five months ago and have yet to see a finalized retirement payment. Not only the delay but no response at all from OPM retirement specialist. Unacceptable delays and nonresponse.
