@ATT It took over 40 MINUTES to cancel my Internet Air subscription via chat. Guess what? Your intentionally painful cancellation process for a $60/mo (no contract!) backup internet service is going to cost you our 6-figure/yr business + personal accounts. It's utter bull$#!t.
@FTC@FTC It somehow gets even worse...I received an email that my service will RESUME today. Can't make this up. @ATT with criminal levels of intentionality and/or ineptitude -- either way I have receipts.
This warrants an investigation.
@FTC Look into this, seriously. A few clicks to subscribe, yet 40+ minutes and deliberately deceptive process to cancel. Screenshots taken 12:53pm CT show the dead end, happy to provide transcript as well.
@LastWeekTonight nailed it with their latest episode highlighting this nefarious practice...which, surprising no one, we ALL f*cking hate. DO BETTER @ATT

#rebranding suggestion for AT&T: Aggravate Trap & Torture. And, here, I fixed your logo. Now it's clear that not one but two blue balls are included with every service.
@ATT@FCC the spam continues today - I now have 13 voice messages and counting on top of 20+ calls. Surely one the largest communications companies in the US and our government agency which regulates it can solve this intrusive, illegal behavior which affects millions of people
@ATT Have been absolutely hammered by spam calls today. Yes, I have the CallProtect app and, no, it doesnโt stop them. Somehow your network lets these fraudsters operate freely...usually get several per week but this is next level #spam#donotcall@FCC
