@Zipcar Feels more like purgatory. IVR drops 4/5 calls. Once through you learn that the website has issues. System doesn't recognize member's phone #, suggest to check it on website (see above), and hangs up. Trying to solve the issue on website: 'Error, please call us' 🤯
