If you graduated with a 2:2, here’s what you need to do to stay ahead

1. Stop crying - You’re not a failure. Yes, you could have done better, but there’s no point dwelling on the past.

2. Do a skill audit - What are you actually good at? It doesn’t have to be anything you learned in school. Communications, selling, comedy - what are your real strengths?

3. Skill stack - This is what will change your life. You graduated with comma. To stay ahead, you need to be extra good. So it’s not enough to just learn marketing. Learn sales, AI, design…

4. Kick that shy spirit out - You came out with a 2:2 and you’re shy? 😂 Dey play oo. This is when you need to shout about what you can do. I need you on LinkedIn every day. I need you on platforms shouting about your skills (while building value)

That’s what I did.

I shouted and shouted until no one could ignore me. Trust me, no one even cares about my degree anymore.
