The right process is for Congress to go back and look at the 14th Amendment and correct it so that the verbiage really talks about the modern situation instead of the slave situation that it was originally intended to resolve. It's not the Supreme Court's choice; it's really Congress's choice. We need better education regarding the Constitution and our three branches of government.

The social and political indoctrination of our citizens by educators and media that fallow national progressive liberal politics is very disturbing. This should not even be a question for a sovern country it was never the intent period!

Combine all three and you may have the intelligence of one capable candidate, but it's really hard to tell because none of them have really ever accomplished anything other than to stir trouble and cause social and racial divide.
