What is this obsession in football and coaches that goalkeepers have to be good with their feet? Their job is stop the ball going into the net and dominate the penalty box. End of.

It’s not rocket science. Look at the best goalkeepers in history. They do exactly that.

@StretfordPaddck Jamie Vardy. Free signing. 1 year deal on relatively low wages with a decent goal bonus. He’d be an option from the bench which United severely lack. He’ll still cause issues for defences.

@StretfordEndx Call me crazy, United lack attacking options off the bench, why not go an get Vardy for 1 season. On a free, wages wouldn’t be an issue. He can still cause problems and score goals. Not bad to have off the bench.
