@Tesco really disappointed to receive a email headline “you’ve cancelled your Tesco click and collect order” if I could access the app then I may have but please just be honest and say “WE” Tesco have cancelled your order. It ok now because I’ve ordered through Morrison.

Really disappointed with @onestopstores wanted to collect parcel from @Wiggle_Sport from @CollectPlus informed at 12:34 of parcel arrive at store and post office is closed and collect+ facility has been closed down for the day due to staff shortages since 12:30. Wasted journey.

@onestopstores Having worked in retail for nearly 25 years this shows me a lack of training. I understand there is a global pandemic I also know collect+ doesn’t take the same amount of training as a fully trained post office colleague.
