He has shown loyalty and respect, but his treatment is poor. It can only have a detrimental impact on culture. Evidence to date is Scott was another bad coach call.

@essendonfc We are not a serious football club. Menzies, Kelly, Laverde and Weideman were all putrid last week, and Hepp makes us more competitive. Scott can’t get out of the way of his own ego. Could not be more embarrassed to support this club 🤦‍♂️

@ScooterMcNeice This is coaching or picking uncompetitive or selfish players, which is also coaching 🤷‍♂️. Too many players over 25 who can't or won't change are gifted games at the AFL level. Play our young talent and see what we have. If you can't change the people….. Change the people.
