I can't possibly understand some of the incredible difficulties that you must have trying to get around but I fully appreciate how important decent public transport is to people who need it.

@andreafm44 @redditchrachel 1. Over half of commutes outside of London are under 3miles. I still think you're missing the point. In the current climate it is a good idea. If you had buses instead, you'd have to have drivers. Each day our bus drivers are putting themselves at risk.

@andreafm44 @redditchrachel I think you've missed the point. The e scooter trial being brought forward is to see the impact it can have in keeping people off public transport (such as electric buses), therefore easing social distancing worries.
