Can anyone give me the names of other countries where citizens regularly get asked in polling whether or not their parliament should exist? Or is Wales an anomaly here?
Not to bring up 20mph again, but im enjoying how the policy has become a scape goat for a growing array of problems. Examples include:
An understaffed police service
A driving instructor who can't teach
A man of retirement age leaving his job
And a non-profitable chippy

The Welsh language looks as it does because early printers had to make do with type letter frequencies set for English. So some unique letters in Welsh, such as ỻ and ð were replaced by doubling up some common letters in English.
