[Indian Immunologicals Limited @indimmune_]

Dr. K Anand Kumar, Managing Director of Indian Immunologicals Limited, hosted Adar Poonawalla , CEO of @SerumInstIndia and presented the growth story of IIL. Seeing the stellar growth of IIL especially in the last 5 years, Poonawalla was curious to know what initiatives led to such significant progress. Dr Anand then proceeded to outline the various strategic moves which enabled IIL to scale to its current height.

Both the leaders interacted with key heads of functions of IIL and discussed about possible collaboration in the field of Vaccines.

Adar Poonawalla was appreciative of the the fact that IIL has played a vital role in the self sufficiency of vaccines in India and also applauded the efforts of IIL towards Rabies eradication in Thiruvananthapuram ,Kerala. Poonawalla was happy to note that IIL is well ahead in it's CSR spends.

किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और उन्हें बेहतर बाजार उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया गया है। सूरजगढ़ा प्रखंड के नंदपुर, पहाड़पुर, संभो, पिजुलिया, खाबा और कुरहा और पिपरिया प्रखंड के ओलीपुर, मोरबरिया, हसनपुर, रेहुआ, रामचंदरपुर के किसानों से उत्पादित मटर को मदर डेयरी द्वारा सीधे किसानों से खरीदा जा रहा है और प्रोसेसिंग के लिए रांची स्थित फूड प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट में भेजा जा रहा है। यह पहल किसानों को उनकी उपज का उचित मूल्य दिलाने और बाजार तक सीधा संपर्क प्रदान करने के लिए की गई है।

मेरे प्रयासों से मदर डेयरी के माध्यम से यह व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है, जिससे किसानों को उचित मूल्य मिलने के साथ-साथ उनके आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण का मार्ग भी प्रशस्त होगा।
