i immediately go silent when something upsets or hurts me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply withdraw and try to process my emotions in private.
MY TOXIC TRAIT is when I’m going through something, heavy family problems, experiencing a financial break through or whatever. I tend to stop talking to everyone & when I’m OK again, I start back communicating like nothing ever happened. It’s nothing personal,
