I’m not in Brisbane, but a dear friend finally made it and sent me this photo today. He never knew the address, but still found the box based from the surroundings.

Blows my mind that some things leave a mark even after they fade. I hope my presence, since I left, does the same.

This little box stood for 4 Jacaranda seasons in my favorite city. With its hidden AR layer or seen as it was, it helped strangers heal, inspired artists, and connected me to so many.

Painted over now, but while it lasted, it mattered. Mono no aware - the beauty of impermanence.
