If you finally believe that CJP has an anti-India agenda, but you desire education reforms, know that YOU CAN ACHIEVE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER.

You just need to hold your horses for a while. Let some bill (FCRA) be passed and clarity will emerge. This is why the Govt can not speak out on CJP and Sonam's activities and controversial backgrounds right now - it risks enraging and alluding to the puppeteers behind these clowns (the deep state DS).

This is how Amit Shah and Modi operate (Chanakyaneeti) - work behind the scenes & achieve the bigger picture goal. Notice that a similar quiet yet independent foreign policy strategy was followed while navigating insults heralded at us in the negotiation of that one big trade deal. Worked, didn't it? We didn't bow down.

Fight over policy matters inside our India, but stand together now when they are toppling an elected government, be it of any party.

Protesting right now is just emboldening the cause of CJP and its allies, which is to destabilise India, because protests are where they infiltrate extremists and let students take the brunt. We need to break it down, and it starts with you deciding not to attend anymore.

Human rights are for both: Men-women in uniform and us.

It is all illegal, to say the very least.

Pls understand that just like protesting is your right, so is the security of you and the nation.

All else said, accountability is important too. Failure combined with public dissent should be met with a big public apology or a step-down by the minister.
Corrective measures & investigations should follow, which did. However, what could've cooled down the public remained missing.

You'd ask- why are protesting students considered a threat?

A crowd this large and aggressive marching towards and attempting to enter the Parliament, a critical high-sensitive zone – is certainly not peaceful as a walk in the park.

Peaceful protests at Jantar Mantar were never stopped. You'd say – but that never got a response from the government, now prompting us to take dire measures.

Coercion in the form of fast until death, doesn't obligate anybody to surrender into their wishes. Imagine what a dangerous precedent it sets, enabling certain political interests to topple a democratically elected government slowly. There are many in action now – the deepstate, the left, the separatists, the foreign interests with a modus operandi of regime change and FCRA blocking, and otherwise politically irrelevant political parties – all fueling a fire.

Students are being used as pawns by them in furthering their own agendas.
Education reforms was a mere pathway for them into unleasing a Pandora's box onto India. Restoration of Article 370, statehood for Ladakh, resignation of an elected PM, Parliament destruction, release of Umar Khalid – certainly not originating from students. Stone pelting - certainly not genuine students. The movement has been hijacked by these other forces.

The background of CJP founders and Sonam Wangchuk and the joining of student organisations of the left parties like CPI, CPI (M) etc, should've ticked you off.

The question to ask yourself is - Is this the way you want your demands to be met? Endangering the geopolitical strategic autonomy of India and our democracy into the hands of these that want no actual education reforms, just their own gains.

It is a simple law and order and security question. Parliament is a high-secutity area. 543 MPs present in session. Area around it is critical.

Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) came into effect. It can be applied before and during Parliament sessions when there is a perceived threat to public order and safety. It prohibits gatherings of 5 or more people in a certain radius.

The entire march is renderred illegal due to this and this decision is constitutional – the same constitution that the so-called protesters were holding at the Chalo Sansad protest.
