@himantabiswa Dear @CMOfficeAssam, the Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme has unjustly excluded 1st division HS students preparing for JEE/NEET through coaching. They were eligible last year. Please ensure their inclusion to encourage their hard work and dreams.

@ranojpeguassam I don't know why we, the students who scored a good result in hs final exam, are not getting this award just because we took a drop for an entrance exam or took admission in colleges outside Assam. Also why this sudden rule was not applied till last year?
