The first few days post mint out are probably the most crucial days

These few days make or break your project. They either build up steam for you to develop your roadmap or ends to you losing all attention and fading into oblivion.

Post mint out these are typically the things I love to see from a project and makes me more confident in their ability to push through:

- Creating X chats for active members, promoting engagement amongst community on socials
- Discord activity if discord exists. dead post mint discords are generally super bearish for me.
- Encouraging community members to change PFP, share wins and stories. Encourage community to engage with each other.
- Active communication from founders and team. This is where founders should be at the front connecting with new holders and welcoming them. If you put off your roadmap for a few days to just focus on this, it will not hurt you.
- Sharing community posts with official project X account. Commenting on community posts. This also goes for founders actively engaging with community.
- Project socials activity should be at an all time high during this period. Sharing memes, posts, announcements. Whatever you see fit.
- Spaces: While many don’t pay attention to this but there’s still a decent number of whales and collectors who actively tune in to your favorite spaces or join community spaces post mint.

A few days of all in effort from the team can make a world of difference. It can set a solid foundation. It can create trust in the community that you as a project are fully active and committed.
