@cconfet1 when you cook food it often looses water; i prefer to weigh it raw and then cook, but you have to specify that its raw when searching for macros if theyre not on the packaging (like google 100g of raw chicken breast instead of 100g of chicken breast).

@CaffeineIs0kcal @hiejoys thank you, i won't be taking it:) i doubt there's an issue w diabetes meds because those r for type 2, but i do have an issue w frequent hypoglycaemias</3 if it were just to lower the blood sugar id be able to stop the pump (so no insulin at all) and i thought that'd solve it</3
