Busy day today. Still getting nervous about going to the stage, but slowly improving. I never thought that in my life I would be a Player Manager and doing live translations for events.
Iβll be working on the EWC in Saudi. Iβm really looking forward to. Plus, I have another event lined up soon in Europe. Stay tuned for more updates!
I am still to look for a full-time opportunity where I can bring my esports knowledge, but working in events has been fun.
Almost unemployed for one year. Since graduating, things have been hard. From sleeping in an air mattress in a living room, feeding from a university pantry to living in a garage. In 2022 things were getting better, but I got laid off 2024 after finally renting an apartment.
Here is how things are now; sorry for not reaching out to important people. I will try not to go MIA again. Let me know if you can help and know someone who works with esports events. I would love to be part of that ecosystem
I met a couple of people this weekend. They said that I had been MIA for too long. Here is why: I was laid off from Dignitas in February. This is the second time this has happened to me, and it took a bigger toll since I finally felt that things were moving forward.
After seven months at home, I worked as a Player manager at FNCS GC last weekend. The experience gave me a boost to go back to looking for positions and made me more interested in working with events. Now, I can work in the EU and NA with my Italian passport and green card.
