In reference to questions surrounding the appointments of Sebas Bastian and Leslia Miller-Brice, the Gaming Board will issue a statement on the matter. Current provisions already exist within the law, and amendments were not required for their appointments. The Board will address the issue more directly in its release, which I am advised will be issued between today and Monday.
