This year, RICE will take place in the VCU Commons, Richmond Salons, with panels in the Commons Theater on Nov 15th! We hope to see you there! Keep an eye out for our tabling applications opening up in August

🛸Oura Sananikone has been making comics and zines for a long time. He graduated from VCU in 2000 with a major in Painting and Printmaking and his work has been featured in such publications as Punchline, Wadi, the Drama, Chew on This, RVAmag, and

GFY Magazine. He has also had art shows all over Richmond and beyond. These days you can find him slinging action figures at Toy Lair or teaching some classes at the Visual Arts Center when he’s not drawing, painting, or making toys.

C.L. Zeno, a Los Angeles native currently living in Richmond, is a comic book writer and artist with a passion for crafting narratives that blend humor, heart, and continuity.

Liv is a cartoonist and UNCG grad living in Durham, North Carolina. She's currently working on a webcomic called It's Taylor!: a comedy about a teen girl who slowly begins to question the morals of her private Christian school.
