❌Constrain future Ops and use of the base
❌Prevent the placing of sensors and other maritime installations
❌Require us to sight our foes on defence planning
❌Be unable to use our preferred contractors
❌Loss of control over electromagnetic spectrum.
❌Mess up Commonwealth agreements.

In his evidence today, medical director of NHS England Sir Stephen Powis pointed out that the three baby deaths in June 2015 should have been reported as serious incidents, but only one was.

The consultants were responsible for reporting these deaths.
