The final was actually 5-1 BPBV over East Bay as freshman Ashley Mandeville had a hat trick, freshman Ali Trimble and Pono sophomore Kristen Briggs chipped in with a goal.

The last time BPBV played MCL, the Broncos trailed going into the third period. Game 1 of the state quarterfinal series Thursday night at Levy was very different. Freshmen Ashley Mandeville and Ali Trimble combined for 3 goals and 10 assists in a 12-2 win.
