Just had the worst @Xfinity customer service. Charged $100 for "data overages" on my gigabit internet due virtual school and COVID. Unlimited data is $11 per mo. if I rent their equip - $30 because I own my own. Overage charges are "accurate" and will not be refunded. Classy.
