🚨 HOW MUCH LONGER MUST COMMANDER PURNENDU TIWARY SUFFER? 🚨

A decorated Indian Navy veteran, a President's NRI Award recipient, Commander Purnendu Tiwary (67) has been languishing in Doha jail for nearly nine months, despite my repeated appeals to the Government of India.

He suffers from multiple serious medical conditions, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) resulting from prolonged earlier solitary confinement. Every passing day in prison is causing further physical and psychological deterioration.

REPEATED PLEAS. NO ANSWERS. HOW LONG MUST THIS CONTINUE?

How much longer will Commander Purnendu Tiwary be left to suffer?

How much longer must his 87-year-old mother wait for her son?

How much longer will his family continue to endure this unimaginable agony?

Above all, why was Commander Purnendu Tiwary the only Indian Navy veteran left behind in Doha on 12 February 2024 when the other seven officers returned to India, despite there being no such financial court case pending against him at that time?

The Ministry of External Affairs owes the nation and the family a clear explanation.

Questions That Demand Answers‼️

🔴 Why was Commander Purnendu Tiwary (67) the only Indian Navy veteran left behind while the other seven officers returned safely to India?

🔴 Why was he awarded the same six-year sentence as the CEO, even though the company's financial affairs were under the CEO's control?

🔴 In the separate case subsequently initiated by the CEO, the Qatar High Court and the Court of Cassation found Commander Purnendu Tiwary not guilty. Does this not raise serious questions regarding his continued incarceration in the earlier matter?

🔴 After prolonged earlier solitary confinement (2022–2024), he developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). At 67 years of age, with multiple serious medical ailments, every additional day in prison is inflicting irreparable damage on his physical and mental health.

🔴 On humanitarian grounds alone, considering his age, deteriorating health and psychological condition, does he not deserve urgent intervention and repatriation to India before his condition becomes irreversible?

🔴 Commander Purnendu Tiwary served India with honour as a distinguished Indian Navy officer and was conferred the President's NRI Award. Yet today, he continues to languish in prison while his 87-year-old mother waits helplessly for her son.

This Is No Longer Just a Legal Matter

This is now a humanitarian emergency.

Every passing day in jail pushes a 67-year-old decorated naval veteran, already suffering from multiple ailments and PTSD caused by prolonged earlier solitary confinement, closer to irreversible physical and psychological harm.

Justice delayed in such circumstances carries an immeasurable human cost.

I most respectfully appeal to the Hon'ble Chief of the Naval Staff to stand by a distinguished Indian Navy veteran who served the Nation with honour, courage and dedication. Commander Purnendu Tiwary has devoted his life to serving India. At this critical hour, I earnestly request the Indian Navy to extend every possible support so that this decorated veteran is able to return home to his family at the earliest.

A Humble but Most Urgent Appeal‼️

🙏 🙏With folded hands, I once again appeal to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon'ble EAM to kindly take immediate and decisive humanitarian intervention to secure the release and return of my brother, Commander Purnendu Tiwary, to India before it is too late.

My brother has suffered enough.

His 87-year-old mother has waited long enough.

Our family has endured this agony for far too long.

The Nation stood by seven officers. Please do not let the eighth be forgotten.

The time to act is NOW.

Please bring Commander Purnendu Tiwary home.

@narendramodi जी का व्यक्तिगत सम्मान/अहंकार/अकड़ वामपंथियों को अवसर दे रहा है कि वो इस बार शाहीन बाग और किसान आंदोलन के हायब्रिड मॉडल ला कर पूरे देश में ऐसे कॉकरोच पार्क बनवा देंगे। इसमें लोग मरेंगे, यह तय है।

बीच सत्र में मंत्री तो नहीं हटेगा, पर अब कॉन्ग्रेस अड़ गई है कि बिना उसके हम संसद में चर्चा नहीं होने देंगे। जब इनके अपने समर्थकों ने इनसे जनवरी से यही बात कही, तो ये चिढ़ा रहे थे कि गुजरात निकाय चुनाव जीत गए, बंगाल में 208 आ गया।
